Olivia Restaurant and Lounge
Olivia Restaurant & Lounge is named after the chef's daughter, and is considered one of the most dynamic resto and cocktail bar suited for every occasion. Regardless if it's an evening dinner, group brunch over the weekend or a solo countertop lunch, you're sure to enjoy and devour everything on the menu from this multi-award-winning chef and co-founder, Alain Devahive. He has over ten years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants such as the great elBulli Restaurant. He was also an Executive Chef for Catalunya Hong Kong and Singapore.
You may want to try their Classic Tenderloin Steak Tartar with Avruga Caviar & Fries, or if you're longing for fresh seafood, order their Black Rice with Grilled Mediterranean Red Prawn. For dessert, you may want to indulge in Olivia's Creamy Homemade Cheesecake or Cinnamon-flavored Caramelized Rice Pudding.

Zen Restaurant
At S$459 per head, the Zen restaurant might be Singapore's most expensive restaurant to date. Renowned chef Bjorn Frantzen occupies the entire three-story Bukit Pasoh shophouse. He serves up New Nordic cuisine that is inspired by Japanese kaiseki.
On the ground floor, you will be served five exquisitely prepared snacks at their stone counter fronting the open kitchen. In here, Scottish head chef Tristan Farmer and his team will also introduce you to the premium ingredients that goes into the evening's meal.
The second floor is where dinner is served. Each table is flanked by its own pale-wood trolley where chefs and servers will finish the dishes prior to serving. After eight mind-blowing courses, diners are escorted upstairs to enjoy the gorgeous living room, filled with low-slung armchairs and sofas, to wrap up the experience with drinks, desserts, and petits fours.

The Upper Place
Gloriously perched on the WANGZ Hotel rooftop, the Upper Place gives you a relaxed and stylish ambiance that goes great for both casual and business lunches. This is the perfect venue to host intimate private events as well, whether corporate meetings or personal in nature like your child's birthday.
The resto has a panoramic view of the cityscape where you can indulge in a scrumptious menu of modern European cuisine, topped with your choice of favorite wine. Vegetarian options are also provided upon request.
For their Ala Carte menu, enjoy appetizers like Beef Sliders, Mushroom Soup, or Burratina (cow's cheese, season fruit, parma ham, salad). Seafood lovers can check out their famous Sea Bass (mediterranean sauce, buttered spuds), while meat eaters can choose Half Spring Chicken (kenya beans, dutch carrot, herbs, porcini chicken jus) or Argentinean Tenderloin (black garlic, baby carrot, potato puree, red wine jus). For dessert, you can try their Chocolate Moelleux (chocolate soil, textures of strawberries) or their Poached Pear (basil, streusel, rhubarb, spiced red wine, dried raspberries).

Princess Terrace
Critically acclaimed for serving Singapore's Best-loved Penang Buffet since the early seventies, Prince Terrace restaurant features a mouth-watering spread with authentic Penang delicacies made with the finest ingredients and prepared using traditional cooking techniques.

Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant
The Kintanami Indonesian Restaurant has been in existence since 1985 and has been serving the best Halal Indonesian cuisine over a delectable spread in buffet style up to this day. You can also order from a savoury a la carte menu for a customised meal. Led by Chef Gusti Nyoman Keler, the resto's team provides guests with diverse offerings of traditional Balinese cuisine as well as a modern twist with their Indonesian fusion flare.
Try their appetizer menu (on rotation) like the Kupang Sambel (green mussels with chili), Emping Pedas (melinjo crackers with chili), or the Terong Sambel Ikan Teri (chili brinjal with anchovies). There's also the noodle and soup station, and a carving station which features delicacies such as Peha Kambing Bakar (grilled lamb leg). Then you can dive into their main dishes menu (also on rotation) like the Ayam Pangang Rica Rica (grilled chicken with home-made sauce), Ikan Goreng Dabu Dabu (fried fish with dabu dabu sauce), or Sayur Lodeh (stewed vegetables in coconut milk).
